This is Elise, a homebred red eyed white Polish doe with her rosettes and trophies. She won her first best in show at 12 weeks old in March 2003 at an SRC show and then went on to win best of breed, best fancy and best in show at the Dunfermline Championship show in the June of that year under Philip Brasier. Sadly Elise is no longer with us and she never produced any youngsters for me.

This is a 2005 bred buck at around 4 months old that I have been showing. I have also kept his brother as they are very alike.  They have nice temperaments for REWs and easy to handle as they are natural show off's.  They need regular cleaning out to prevent their feet from getting stained as their feet should be as white as the rest of their body. The flash of the camera distorts the eye colour as it is blood red rather than pink. This buck has won his first Best in Show as an adult under Tom Stradford at Carlisle! He is a natural showman and is extremly good at keeping himself spotlessly clean.

The brother of the above buck has also been doing well at shows at the end of 2006. He went best of breed, best rest of fancy at Carlisle under Philip Brasier, a couple of weeks later he went best of breed, best adult fancy and best adult in show at an SRC show at Forfar under David Gallagher, beaten to overall best in show by one of our young Belgian Hares!! The following week he went down to Sheffield for the National Polish Rabbit Club's Adult Stock Show and  went best rew buck, best rew and best in show under Mark Hazelwood! What an end to the year!

The first stock show we managed to get to in 2007 was at Bury & Radcliffe and he did it again, another best in show win under Robin Day!! He also won his class at a stock show under Elizabeth Massey Beeston early in summer 2007 and finished off the year with Best of Breed out of just over 100 rabbits at Darlington. Many thanks to all the judges for putting him up. After another couple of wins 'Sixty-eight' has become my first National Polish Rabbit Club champion!
